Outsourcing!πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸ’Έ

So I got this letter in the mail from MOBE with videos of different speakers at one of MOBE’s Titanium Mastermind events! 😊 There was quite a few Videos there with different speakers talking about different business related topics. I found all of these videos very helpfull and inspiring! I thought I would share my notes and thoughts on one of themπŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ

Now this was with a guy called Daven Michaels and he was talking about outsourcing. 😊

Daven Michaels started his first company at the age of 15. He is now a little over 30 and is the founder of 123 companies. One of them called “123employee.” based in the Philipines. This companies mission is basically to do all the boring stuff for entrepreneurs in their business, so that they can focus on the parts about the business that exites them.

If you could have almost every aspect of your business done by someone else or automated, You would have way more time for other things that you think is fun and exiting to do! You could go do whatever you want and the money would still be coming in!πŸ’Έ To me that definatly sounds better than working 40-45 hours per week! hahπŸ˜‚ Or what do you think?πŸ˜‰

Daven made 1 million dollars by the age of 25! Now thats impressive😎

He is now an outsourcing expert and and a best selling author! He has his assistant named Lizzie do most if the work for him haha. He even called her up during the presentation. She answeres all his emails, does the website editing, appointment scheduling and all that. At the event he actually also took a person from the audience up on stage, asked him some questions about one of his businesses and by the end of the seminar Lizzie had Made a website for his business already!

When Daven was 15 he said he wanted to open a nightclub, he made a plan and tried to pitch it to friends and pretty much everyone he was in contact with, but it didnt work. Reason for that was that he didnt have a good business plan, resources, a location or enough knowlege/experience. Later on he started a clothing company togheter with a friend. quote/tip “Dont work with people that dont have money, unless its the early 80’s” πŸ€˜πŸ˜‚

They were making clothes for different bands and as a lot of those bands started to become more popular their company ended up growing pretty fast and they were making a lot of money. πŸ’° Eventually tho they ended up splitting and Daven went off to start a new clothing company from scratch. He managed to get a place and held a quite succesfull fashion show there the first day of opening. It took a couple of weeks for the company to get enough sales and they had to hsvethe shop open til late to try get them, but they eventually made it and today well I told you earlier how well he is doing haha.πŸ’°πŸ˜‰ After becoming more and more succesfull tho he started putting togheter a team. Meaning he did not have to do all the work himself.

Quote “Outsourcing = Freedom.”

This is the mathematical way to figure out our time value : Revenue divided with the hours we are working. Then again no one can really buy time, Time is priceless!

Challanges a lot of business owners have!

– Not enough time.

– Not enough money.

– Not enough help.

– Too much to do.

– Dont know how to get started.

He talked about something called a virtual assistant. also reffered to as a “VA”. These are prople that you can pay to do things like the Planning, Blogging, Articles and so on to keep grow your business. Its a lot of work lifted off your shoulders.πŸ˜₯πŸ˜ƒ

There was a lot of tips and secrets on how to get leads and traffic in the presentation too. Tho I am not gonna share all of them here are what thwy were about : Do create short vidos, Videos convert the best. Have good articles and information about yourself on a blog or a website, so that when your leads goodle you they will find plenty of information. That way they will see that your a real person and trust you more easily. Do facebook advertising and remember to split test your ads! You can also get leads from craigslist, Linkdin and Meetup. okey I will tell you about this last one. At ww.meetup.com you create a group leave your information and links. Also join a bunch of groups, eks marketing groups within about 50 miles radious. Then wait for those groups to go inactive.(They tend to do that a lot) If/when the organization fail to pay their subscription, the groups members will get an email at around 4:00 pacific time alerting them that the group has gone inactive, wichever group member claims the group first gets it, so have that group member you!

Now this is the kind od stuff he suggested to get your Virtual assistant to do.

Here is a list of what your VA can do for you at 123employee.com.

– List building – Mind maps -Social Media – Planning – Online Marketing – Customer Service – Web design – Sales calls – Audio Editing – Training – Answer phones – Implimentation of new information and notes after being to a Mastermind/webinar – Article Marketing – Blogging – bookkeeping – scheduling – Hub pages – billing – Squee Pages – 1shopping cart – Data entry – follow up.

Basically a whole bunch of tasks!πŸ˜‚

Now in Mobe some of these things are already done for you. Your only task in MOBE is to get good traffic and leads, But its still good to try follow up with your leads yourself via email or messeging. You should also have a blog or website. Imagine if you could get a Virtuall assistant to do that. That would almost automize your MOBE business completly!πŸ˜ŽπŸ’ΈπŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ

This turned out to be quite the long post haha πŸ˜‚ I hope you found it interesting and helpfull still.
